Lost Planet 2 is a third-person shooter developed by Capcom, and the sequel to the original Lost Planet: Extreme Condition. Set on the planet E.D.N. III, a once frozen world now melting into lush jungles and volatile wastelands, the game throws you into the middle of a power struggle between factions vying for control of the planet’s valuable energy source, Thermal Energy (T-ENG).

Unlike its predecessor, Lost Planet 2 offers a heavily co-op focused campaign, where you and up to three friends fight massive alien creatures known as Akrid, rival soldiers, and deadly mechs in explosive, large-scale battles.
