**Return & Refund Policy**
Thank you for choosing 7 Master Gaming. We’re dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. Please connect with our customer service team before initiating a return or refund; we aim to assist you promptly and effectively.
**Eligibility Criteria for Returns/Refunds:**
We accept returns/refunds for the following reasons:
1. Non-receipt of the order.
2. Incomplete order received (e.g., missing product/quantity).
3. Receipt of the wrong product (different from the order).
4. Receipt of a damaged, defective product (e.g., dented, scratched, shattered).
5. Receipt of a faulty product (e.g., malfunction, inability to work as intended).
**Returns:**
Customers have 7 calendar days from the date of receiving an item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
– Remain unused and in its original condition.
– Be in the original packaging.
– Have a receipt or proof of purchase.
All returned products undergo thorough inspection to determine eligibility for a refund. Items not meeting the specified criteria may not qualify for a refund.
**Pre-owned Items (Consoles & Games):**
1. In the case of a pre-owned item being DOA or faulty within 7 calendar days, customers can opt for a full refund or exchange for an item of the same or higher value with an additional top-up (One-time exchange only).
2. Refunds/returns due to personal preference/change of mind won’t be entertained.
3. All returned products will be inspected for eligibility and conformity.
**Refunds:**
1. If 7 Master Gaming is unable to fulfill the customer’s order, a full refund will be issued.
2. A withdrawal or order cancellation due to personal reasons after confirmation incurs an RM10 administration fee (Bank transfer/ GrabPay / E-wallets).
3. Processing fees from Buy Now Pay Later schemes won’t be refunded if the order is cancelled due to personal reasons.
4. Upon refund approval, 7 Master Gaming will initiate the refund to the original payment method.
5. Refund processing time depends on the policies of the card issuer.
*Refunds for returned items begin processing only after receiving the physical return parcel and completing a quality check to approve or reject the return/refund request.*
7 Master Gaming reserves the right to deny refund or return requests that don’t meet our Return & Refund Policy guidelines.
