1. Shipping Address

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or invalid/undeliverable addresses.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, any additional shipping or re-delivery charges will be the customer’s responsibility. The applicable charges will be communicated to the customer before a second delivery attempt is made.

2. Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Address change requests should be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us through the contact information provided on our website.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over to our shipping partner, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

If an address change is requested after order processing or requires additional shipping arrangements, the customer may be responsible for any associated additional shipping charges.

3. Shipping Time

Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days, Monday through Friday, depending on the delivery location and availability of the shipping service.

Deliveries are generally made during standard delivery hours, typically between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including:
