Eligibility. If you are an individual legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 7:00:00 a.m. (PT) on October 16, 2018 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on October 30, 2018 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). How to Enter. To enter, you must follow the steps below during the Sweepstakes Period:

1. Go to https://twitter.com/amazongames and follow the Amazon Video Games Twitter account and continue to follow the Amazon Video Games Twitter account during the entire Entry Period. If you already follow the Amazon Video Games Twitter account, you do not need to unfollow and then re follow to enter.
2. Retweet the Amazon Video Games Twitter post dated October 16, 2018 mentioning this Sweepstakes. The Amazon Video Games Twitter post must remain retweeted throughout the entire Entry Period.

Following the Amazon Video Games Twitter account and retweeting the specific Amazon Video Games Twitter post are collectively referred to as the “Entry.” You must have a public Twitter account to enter the Sweepstakes. Other Promotions. Please note that we may be running similar sweepstakes at the same time as this Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, you will not be eligible to receive any prize awarded in any other sweepstakes unless you enter each sweepstakes separately. Prize. (1) The winner will receive (1) Lex Luther statue. The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $2,000.00. The winner will be: (a) responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the prize that are not specifically mentioned, including, but not limited to, taxes, and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the winner in receiving or using the prize; And (b) required to submit his/her social security number or taxpayer ID number to Sponsor in order to claim the prize. Prize Drawing. The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about October 31, 2018, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. We must receive eligible entries during the Sweepstakes Period for them to be eligible for the drawing. We will notify the potential winner by direct message on Twitter within three (3) business days following the drawing, and the potential winner will be required to sign an Eligibility Statement and Release. We will select an alternative potential winner if the potential winner does not return the requested, completed document(s) within 72 hours of our sending such document(s), or meet the eligibility criteria. The prize will be awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Odds of Winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No greater than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded.
